JP has worked full time as personal trainer at MOTIVNY for the past 4 years and offers pop-up classes in a small group setting. His training background consists of pre-professional ballet school and modern dance before earning his first national training certification with NCSF.
In highschool he had the opportuntiy to train at Boston Ballet, Houston Ballet and LINES Ballet (San Francisco) for the summers and then earned his BFA in Dance Performance and Composition at Purchase College in 2014.
He gained 6 years of coaching experience at Equinox Columbus Circle and worked full time in their top tier training program including E Club, an elevated membership experience in a private setting. JP leverages his mobility training to focus on barbell technique and offers a blend of powerlifting, bodybuilding and traditional weightlifting to give clients a well rounded program for strength and longevity.
