Kathia

Kathia (she/her) is our Administrative Operations Manager. She has been a foundational member of the MOTIVNY team since 2019, playing a critical role in upholding the company's commitment to a positive and welcoming client experience.

She is directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio space, ensuring it remains a clean, presentable, and functional environment for clients and events. Kathia oversees the entire front desk operation, dedicated to providing excellent communication and customer service.

With smiles, hellos and listening to woes, Kathia prides herself on making everyone that enters MOTIVNY feel welcome and cared for. Beyond her core administrative duties, Kathia extends her passion for fitness into the community by coaching kettlebell classes. Make sure to keep an eye out for her next Community Movement Class!
