Lexa Henwood, NASM, RKC

Lexa is one of our in house strength coaches and a Nike trainer. Leading group classes on our calendar weekly, (kettlebell skills, kettlebell conditioning and womens strength), she aims to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and able to learn.

From the experiencned lifter to someone completely new to training she tailors her one on one session and classes to be client focused, individualized with attention to detail and collaborative.

She joined the MOTIVNY team 4 years ago, but has been in the training realm for the past 7. She is driven by the want to help others reach their goals and feel the best in their skin.
