Sarah is Personal Trainer, Group Instructor, and Kettlebell Coach, coaching clients one-on-one for the past 8 years and coaching kettlebells for the past 6 years. She currently has a private book of personal training clients and teaches two kettlebell skills classes per week at MotivNY.
Her background includes traditional bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, and kettlebell specific training. She has also taught for certifications such as the Pain-Free Performance Certification and the Functional Kettlebell Training certification.
Sarah empowers her clients to build strength, both physically and mentally, exude more confidence in and out of the gym, and move through daily life with more ease. She believe in a holistic approach towards fitness, focused on longevity, freedom of movement, and a plan that meets someone where they’re at.
